If you want to become a Club Penguin Secret Agent, you must be MORE than 30 days. If you are, click on the "M" shield in the upper right corner of the screen. Click "become an agent" and answer the questions; the answers are like "yes I would like to keep Club Penguin safe" and stuff it is really simple. And there you go! You will get a spy phone and access to the secret HQ.
